Just sent in the dedication & acknowledgements for my book. That was *weird*. I'm not one for being overly mushy or anything, but it felt like writing my obituary.
I wish I could hire a professional editor to sit next to me all weekend and explain how to work through a document with a gazillion editor annotations in it. Trying to figure out this new "language" is slowing me down considerably in editing my book.
Packing up now & heading out of the office for the day/weekend to Podcamp East. 800 emails to go until Inbox Zero. I fully expect a new 500 emails by the time Sunday night rolls around. Sigh.

Not that I need a reminder of why I no longer commute by train, but if I did the idiot across from me is playing with ringtones on his phone. To add to it, he calls someone & has them call back to hear the ringtone. And he talks loud. I may have to take...
I feel very domestic today, planning menus for the week/weekend as well as decorating/furniture additions. I'm sure I'll be back to normal next week... no worries!
