Remember last week when I was talking to a group of professionals (uh, I suppose you "had to be there") about finding and rewarding people that love your brand so much they self-select from fans to evangelists to advocates - and how to help them?
Yeah, this isn't one of those times.
How absolutely stupid of Nutella. It's one thing to hand out C&D's (cease and desist) letters to people stealing or misusing your branding or content, but to shut down the person who started an international holiday around your product?
Stupid.
