Turning the tables is one thing... just for fun - I'm happier with equal. I'm reading this now and skimmed to this line: - The pool of actresses over 50 who work regularly in film would expand greatly past the current pool of the usual suspects (e.g., Meryl Streep, Judi Dench, Helen Mirren).
