I wish my daughter's school would consider easing up on homework requirements. It took her no less than 4 hours a night to do all her homework - in 5th grade.For 6th grade I am anticipating as much time completing homework as she actually spent in school. Bedtimes of well after 10pm on a school night were the 'norm' because every subject she was taught came home with pages and pages of work, writing, and projects.
