I'm seriously considering looking for a full time gig. Right now I'm debating between in-house and agency work. I'd most likely be looking for either a social media agency or a large business that has staff internally. Does anyone have any opinions one way or another?
To be completely honest, I have NO idea how to go about finding something. Every position I've ever had I've been approached by a company & hired without any formal type of resume or interview process. I'm hesitant to respond to job listings as my experience has been if a job (finally) hits a public listing - it's crap.
