Richard Madden (Robb Stark) from Game of Thrones. The actor is available now and all... and he's Scottish like David Tennant is. ...AND he has been in a relationship with actress Jenna-Louise Coleman (who currently plays Clara - the Doctor's companion) since late 2011.
