I am currently melting my brain in BatchBook. I took a few hours this week (after years of looking half-hearted) to find a solid 'social CRM' tool I can live with and use. BatchBook is the big winner so far. Thanks to their offer of 30 free days "try before you buy" & a free month from using HARO as a code, I've got two solid months bill-free to beat it into shape.

I'm importing every darn contact and business card I've ever gotten, every contact I've ever made via email & social sites, and every person I have in my private/cell address book.

I'm an organizational mess when it comes to my contacts & I'm sure I don't have enough money to pay a Virtual Assistant enough to straighten it all out. At least when I finally find a VA that fits my quirky and weird needs (and BUDGET!) I won't be so much of trainwreck.
