Use Google+ hangouts to hold face-to-face meetings. If your team is scattered all over the world, schedule a hangout to provide a simple way to come together, collaborate, discuss ideas, make decisions and share documents.
Use the Google Drive button to easily access any Google docs, spreadsheets or presentations. The Screenshare button easily allows you to share what is on your screen to present a pitch or collaborate on a document together.
